In relation to the forum:

Silveracre cannot be held responsible for forum users comments and trading standards, please use the forum to discuss art and related issues. Discussions about politics, religion and slanderous or libelous comments are not allowed nor tolerated. Also users who abuse or use offensive words will be blocked for life. If you find any responses on the forum that you feel are either offensive, derogatory, libelous an infringement of copyright or unsuitable please report to Silveracre straight away for removal.

In relation to auctions:

Silveracre cannot be held responsible for the integritry of sellers and buyers. Buyers should make sure that payment has cleared prior to handing over to purchasers and that their auction descriptions are honest and correct to the best of their knowledge. Buyers must be responsible for their purchases and convince themselves that the item they are buying is listed correctly and authentic. Silveracre will be prepared to try to mediate if disputes arrise between buyer and seller. Items sold are not covered by any guarantee from Silveracre unless sold directly by Silveracre. If Silveracre is notified of any discrepencies in listings auction seller will be asked to correct. Silveracre will not tolerate forged, stolen, illegal or items that infringe copyright items being sold on the site. Buyers bidding on items should confirm all details with seller prior to bidding. Non-paying bidders will not be tolerated.
