Here at Silver Acre, we want to make sure that when you buy our comics, you get both value for money and trouble free delivery.

Comics: Minimum order value £10 sterling.
Postage rates Qty 1 £2.75, then 20p for each additional comic to a maximum of £8.00.
Books, Graphic Novels, Trading Card Sets and Magazines are double the comic rate.
For European and rest of the world postage at cost price.
Comic supplies, peripherals: We charge £8.00 for all comics supply postage within the mainland UK (excluding Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, some parts of Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland etc.) regardless of the quantity you order (Price does not apply to wholesale deals or comics ordered). All comic supplies are inclusive of VAT which is charged at 20% and all orders for VATable items will include a seperate VAT receipt.
For wholesale or bulk lots of supplies postage will be charged at cost - please phone for a quote if required
Where possible, always add contact phone numbers with orders.
Comics are always posted in secure professional mailers.
Comic supplies are not included. If ordering comic supplies of any quantity our standard £8 delivery rate will apply. Orders with a mixture of comics and comic supplies are fine but will have a £8 postage rate.
Grading: , although we always try and supply the advertised grade its not always possible to guarantee that all comics supplied will be 100% as per advertised , although approximately 80% will be and the balance of 20 % should be visually close , we started listing comics on our current data base back in 1994 and believe it or not there are still some issues listed back then that have not been increased in price since , due to the volumes of comics we store and sell and overheads involved , it not physically cost practical for your staff to remove all comics from the bag and inspect in detail , all the same we do try real hard to maintain high standards and are proud to say our return rate is estimated at 1-2 items or less per 1000 sold , and for peace of mind we also offer a 14 day return option for uk residents and 30 day for international customers , but for the above reason we are not able to supply orders from our web site to Ecg Eurograder or similar grading companies and guarantee the return grade.
Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta,Sterling Cash, postal orders & cheque, Euros, or US Dollars cash. Bank transfers for amounts over $500 US.
All prices in this catalogue are in Pounds Sterling and we cannot supply international conversion rates. Please consult you local bank for advice.
All orders must be prepaid in Pounds Sterling.
There is a minimum order value of £10.
Cash must be sent by registered post.
Please note we do not accept cash payments in excess of £10,000 Sterling equivalent 15,000 Euros or 15,000 USD. If you purchase items above this value payment must be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Orders can be sent by phone, fax, or e-mail.
All pre-paid orders are dispatched within three working days, though this may be extended at various times during the year, but never to more than stated by CoBRA Mail Order Agreement terms.
14-day return policy: If, for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with any item from your order, return it for a full refund (wholesale and bulk deals excluded). Please note postage is a non refundable item. We do not refund the postage costs incurred. This return policy is designed to take care of genuine customers. And is by no means an unconditional guarentee that i will agree to refund for all and any reason. All refunds or returns are made strictly at our discretion. In some cases where we feel the customer is being unreasonable we may not honour this guarentee or charge a 20% re-filing charge.
The prices in this listing supersede all previous advertised or listed Silver Acre prices. Silveracre reserve the right to increase prices on our website without notice. Also to reserve the right to cancel orders where we feel it is appropriate without any liability to ourselves.

Penny Specials: Occasionally we may offer deals on comics or supplies for 1p per unit. These offers may be subject to a minimum order value and are limited to 1 of each item per order submitted. Available for web-site orders only. Penny Specials with bulk Packs at the discretion of the company.
